The Arc Public Testnet is live, supported by more than 100 global institutions including BlackRock, Visa, AWS, and Deutsche Bank. Designed with sub-second finality, and using $USDC as native gas, Arc establishes the foundation for stablecoin finance and tokenized capital markets — fully compatible with the Ethereum ecosystem.
